"Breastfeeding is a natural thing that just doesn't come naturally!" One of my patients years ago said this to me and I have heard this same phrase from so many of my moms throughout the years. The struggle is real for many breastfeeding parents, but there is hope! We can start during pregnancy to learn a lot of things you can do to prevent some of the common conditions, and then once baby is here we can review specifics and troubleshoot any issues that arise.​
