About
Whitney Sippl, PT, DPT, WCS, IBCLC, CFT
Owner and Founder

Whitney is a women’s health physical therapist and board certified as a women’s health clinical specialist. Originally from Wisconsin, she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin graduating in the top 10 percent. She then went on to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY, graduating at the top of the class with a 4.0 GPA.

She has been a pelvic PT specializing in fertility, pregnancy, & postpartum for almost 15 years and worked with so many moms with lactation troubles and clogged ducts that she added ultrasound therapy to treat clogs and went on to pursue her IBCLC for lactation consulting. As some of the moms that she worked with during her early years were navigating potty training and pediatric pelvic floor issues, she saw the need to learn more about treating pediatric pelvic floor concerns and added these services along with craniosacral fascial therapy for infants through adulthood. She most recently has pursued additional training in the peri-menopause & menopause phases of women's health along with osteoporosis training and prevention to cover the entire span of a women's life.

Whitney is devoted to promoting awareness, well being, and healing of her patients with a goal of empowering women and their children to address any of their discomforts or concerns. Many women are told that symptoms such as incontinence (leaking), painful intercourse, scar pain, pelvic girdle/back pain, prolapse, abdominal separation, and weakness throughout the life stages are normal; however, although these conditions may be common, they are not “normal” and there are many therapies available to address these concerns. We can also use pediatric pelvic physical therapy or craniosacral fascial therapy to help children with bladder or bowel issues or pain, or babies with colic, tummy troubles, difficulties feeding, torticollis, and many other conditions.

Whitney loves teaching her patients simple ways to take care of themselves while their bodies are changing throughout the lifespan from pediatrics, young adulthood, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, lactation, peri-menopause, post-menopause, and into older adulthood with osteoporosis training and prevention.

She currently teaches a free "Pelvic Floor & Core during Pregnancy & Postpartum" class virtually every quarter, has two online courses available from the Prenatal & Postnatal Classes link, a potty training manual from the pelvic PT perspective, and speaks regularly for moms groups around the country.

In her free time she enjoys paddleboarding, lake sports, sand volleyball, hiking, and traveling with her husband and two kids.
